To do so, the course talks about some of the most common mistakes people make in their daily diets and discusses the consequences of these mistakes. It aims to motivate adolescents to change their eating habits.
This Kyrgyz-language course is split into two parts. Part 1 covers the most common mistakes in the daily diet of school students / adolescents. It talks about not having enough meals during the day, not having a sufficiently diversified diet, and consuming too much tea, soft drinks and sweets.
