This course will introduce you to the purpose of development dialogues in education and the importance of classroom observation in development dialogues. It will also introduce you to the role of the teacher as mentee and the role of the mentor. It will give you the chance to observe a series of real-life development dialogues from several different countries, to reflect upon then, and to improve your mentoring skills.
This course is the second in a series of three courses in the Inclusive Learning Environment Courses Series. The first course, that you should make sure to watch before this one, if you haven’t done so already, is Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment. The third course is entitled Leading an Inclusive Learning Environment Workshop.
