This course introduces you to a number of free tools you can use to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at a distance. The tools presented in the course include email, conference and video calls, instant messaging, and software for virtual meetings. It also makes recommendations for selecting appropriate technologies for collaboratively developing and reviewing professional documents, and gives tips for effectively facilitating virtual meetings.
